With your custom preference of cutting and packaging. Keep in mind as you give your cutting options that the leaner you cut and grind the less weight you will take home.

These bone in Arm Roast are absolutely delicious, that marrow in that bone will render into your base and mix with all of the veggies for an overall blend of deliciousness.
