A bacon wrapped Filet Mignon done by me, cooked to perfection and enjoyed by my beautiful wife. These steaks are so easy to cook. Cook them hot and keep them turning once they start to warm up. This is the most sought after steak for all women I know because of it smooth texture and relatively mild beef flavor.

The New York Strip Steak is a favorite by many, quite rich in flavor but a very used muscle, so it can be tougher than the rest of the middle meats. It softens and gets quite tender with the right marinade and letting come all the way to room temp before putting on the heat. Course salt and pepper always pair well with a Strip Steak, but so does a brandy based marinade and even some balsamic vinegars.

One of if not the most coveted Steak of all time across America, the Bone in Ribeye. The Rib Eye is known across the nation, and the world, as a delectable cut of beef. For good reason as well, its intramuscular fat is so tasty and is just so hard to beat as a steak that is easy to cook and if done right almost always tender.

The Porterhouse Steak is a big one, typically 1"+ thick and a whole portion of the Tenderloin (minimum of 1-1/2" thick) and the longest end of the Short Loin (Ny Strip Steak). Its a delicious cut and typically feeds at least 2 people. As with most Steaks, it is best cooked over real charcoal.

The Tomahawk Steak, a beautiful cut of beef that will compliment the finest of tables across the world. Always great to make a statement to someone or to impress the those who have eyes that are hard to raise. The best way to cook this steak is my favorite way to cook any steak, the Reverse Sear method. Bring it to temperature (about 110˚) slowly then pull of the grill and get it to 500˚ or higher, Sear for a few minutes on each side until the internal temperature is to preferred finish, pull, rest, enjoy!!!
