The Picanha👆🏼 is SOOOOO delicious, rich in beef flavor, ridiculously tender and virtually very difficult to mess up. Here at Dunagan-Farms we normally eat Picanha at least once a week and are so glad we do every single time!!!

It doesn't get much better than a perfectly cooked Ribeye, in this bundle you will get a package of these beauties. Cook them however you want and basically have an absolutely delicious protein to create your sides to pair with.

This is a Bacon Wrapped Filet Mignon👆🏼 that Jace loves to make, and who wouldn't when they look like this every time and taste even better than they look. Get the kids at a friends house and enjoy a steak dinner better than any steak house at home over a bottle of wine and in the peace and quiet. Or if you have good kids, teach them what a steak like this is supposed to look and taste like. This is Heather's favorite!!

 

 

The Flank Steak👆🏼, you only get two of these per whole beef. This is Paisli's favorite cut of beef. It is delicious to just season and grill or marinade and grill or cook on cast iron, but the way Paisli likes it best is when I make Flank Rolls👇🏼 just as the picture below. How to make a Flank Roll??? Butterfly this steak to double width, open and fill with cheddar first, then sprinkle Feta cheese with diced onions, mushrooms and bell peppers. Roll it up and tie with butcher twine and cook on a grill until the very most internal is 145˚, cut twine off and if done right you will have some beautiful little pinwheels to enjoy.

 

Bone In Pork Chops👇🏼 are Heather and Trista's favorite pork, the bone in chops can be very different throughout the loin on the hog. The rib end chop will look just like a ribeye and will naturally carry more intramuscular marbling, moving back from there you will get the center cut chop that will have a very small piece of tenderloin on the other side on the bone just like a T bone in beef.......and then back to the sirloin end where those bone-in chops look just like a Porterhouse in beef.

Secondly we went from buying a couple steaks and roasts here and there to buying a half a cow and then a whole hog this year. The meat is excellent quality and at an affordable price. Also if you aren't sure about how to cook a certain cut of meat they are willing to give you tips and tricks to make your cut of meat the best it can be.
